We use a wide range of machinery, which allows us to carry out production processes of different types of meat, for instance, hare meat, considered premium-quality meat in Europe.
Europe is one of our main export destinations. We are characterized by our products’ quality seal, which allows our customers to rely on our products.
We are in charge of the entire process, starting on the animals’ habitat, where the product is obtained, then, we are responsible for the manufacturing process at the Slaughterhouse. Finally, we commercialize and export our products. We provide our customers with guidance, advice and control in order to meet their needs.
